Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $199 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $199: flat-rate standard shipping of $9.99, paid by the customer at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days at info@rapidsolutions.shop or +1 312 358 0611 and we will make it right.
